Default what is a reasonable total cost for teahouse trek?

Looking at EBC and Kala Patar for two weeks with a few days in kathmandu
before and after, probably going with one friend not interested in a group trek. What is cost including teahouses, food, local flights, pre and post days, permits all inclusive.
I suppose one guide and a porter? folks here are quoting low prices but not total costs. One company locally is charging 1300 for this year treks (200 dollar increase this year) including a few days on either side of the trek in Kathmandu. RR

    Hi RR,
I think the price given by other friend looks resonable too low, to include every thing properly on required standards. Our compay would have calculated it mimum to USD 37 per person per day to include proper emdcal Insurance for your trek staffs, to provide resonable daily wages, to provide good quality down Jackets and sleeping bags as well as proper equipments to your trek staffs.

Regarding the accommodation in Kathmandu, your choice can be from USD 15 per night double bed room and up to your choice according to the categorries of the hotel. If you need any further infos, welcome back.
    Thanks,
    KIT
