    Well, sorry your question is really special and I dont know the answer. But have a look to http://www.high-altitude-medicine.com/AMS-medical.html maybe you can find a link or a person or altitude specialized doctor, who could give a good advice.
    This site is also of great interest for everyone, who plans to trek higher than 3000 m.
    Hope that you can go without problems, trekking in nepal is so wonderfull.
