I am looking to do the Annapurna circuit in july, aka monsoon season. luckily it is in the rain shadow and I have read good reviews about it.
I'm not looking to race through it. not particularly interested in hiring a guide/porter (unless there really is need for one at some point on the trek, then I have no aversion to it)
i'm up for as many side treks/rest days as it takes to keep the experience enjoyable and comfortable. it isn't a race or a competition. early morning starts are a good way to make the most of the day IMO but even then, i'm flexible.
if you're planning on going it in july and if you enjoy trekking for joy, reply!
ideally i would get to know you before we actually go and would like to keep in touch until the date comes around.
i speak French, Arabic and basic Spanish so if you aren't an English native speaker, i can be accommodating in that respect.

Chantal.
