Default Explore Greenland, you won't believe the views on this amazing experience

    Dear Community,

I would like to invite you to realize unique expeditions on the Polar Region.

Travelling to Greenland is always a magical experience. On our journeys you will meet the incredible arctic nature and the traditional inuit culture. As world’s biggest island and located between 59 ° and 83 ° North Greenland has many different tour possibilities to offer.

If you want, check the full itinerary (and explore other options).

    Ski touring in West Greenland

In May we are ski touring around the beautiful fjords North of Maniitsoq. Our base camp is located in Ikkamiut which is a historical settlement. From this extraordinary base we reach the best mountains for ski touring with our boats. During this tour you will experience besides great skiing the rich fauna of West Greenland with seabirds and humpback whales. This trip can be combined with a hiking tour to the beautiful tundra next to the Greenland icecap where you will meet musk ox, polar foxes and reindeers.

    Crossing Sukkertoppen icecap

A smaller expedition taking you through some of West Greenland’s most beautiful sceneries. The journey starts with a helicopter transport from Kangerlussuaq through the fantastic Paradise valley to the East edge of Sukkertoppen icecap. From there we will continue with skies and pulka (sled) over the icecap to after 6 days reach Evighetsfjorden. There the glacier meets the ocean and our boat is waiting for us to take us to the village of Maniitsoq. This trip is organised in the end of May.

    Exploring East Greenland

In the end of July when the sea and pack ice start to break we move to the area around Ammasalik in East Greenland. We will be exploring this breathtaking scenery by moving around the fjords by our boats, by hiking in the mountains and camping on beaches next to floating icebergs.
