    Above 50 and above 5000 even 14 kg is far enough to carry, take a Yak, shave him so you don't have to bring your sleeping bag!

    Agree. With this method, apart from the environmentally friendly approach, there is the added bonus of the ticklish yak hair on your skin.

    My mother lives in a assisted living , her daily routine is walking 7km every morning, she is advised by the nurses to walk perfectly fine if you do right. Trekking is available to anyone, you just have to be sensible and train for it!

    Agree. If you can walk, and you are in reasonable health, AND you take it easy, trekking is available to everyone.
