I hope this is not too off-topic, but since most trekkers end up spending at least a few days breathing in Kathmandu, I think it's relevant.

I'm sure everyone's noticed that the air quality in Kathmandu is poor on a regular basis. I've been reading the NepalNews reports on the air quality monitoring stations. There is one station somewhere in the Valley that consistently does much better than the others. It is located in a place called Matsyagaon. I have tried to find the location of this place, but to no avail. Does anyone familiar with Kathmandu have any idea where this community is??? Also, if anyone knows which way the prevailing winds usually blow through the valley, please enlighten me.

Thanks in advance for your help!
