    I suggest you to trek through Tamang Heritage, Ganesh Himal and then rejoin the Manaslu Tsum Valley trail in the west.

    Not only 3 permits but also need MCAP Permit too, so you need 4 permits to trek to Manaslu, Tsum Valley and exit through first part of the Annapurna Circuit trek.
