Can anyone advise me on what size locks are recommendedto take for the doors of the rooms in the "Tea Houses" while you are hiking in Everest Base Camp and Anapuna Hikes?

you need no locks cause the tea houses provide you.

It is a good idea to have a small travel lock. Most provide them but not all. We had just a small combo lock.
