temperatures in Nov at EBC

Hi - I am getting ready for my trek to EBC in early Nov. Can anyone tell me
what kind of temperatures to expect around that time? Also I plan to do
the EBC in 12-14 days (all going well), is this realistic?

In order to acclimatize properly, after spending 2 nights in Namche, with maybe a day hike to Thame, I would detour up the Gokyo valley, staying in Dole and Machermo on the way up and perhaps Phortse on the way out. The tiny village of Na does not have much going for it, but you could stay there if need be.
