Cold is a relative thing.
I was there in March, with an older four season bag 700g of down and did feel it was not enough. I bought a fleece liner in Namche ,cheap, about $10.It was definately effective but I did feel a little too snug and tight.
If I was buying a new bag for those conditions I must say I would opt for the warmest bag I could afford, probably 900g or more of down. You can of course wear thermals etc.
At Lobuche (EBC) in late MArch it was very cold. Thermometers read below zero in the morning. Water bottles frequently froze overnight.
Despite all that it is not that unpleasant. I found coming from a very hot 30degrees centigrade in Queensland, Aust. I adjusted quite quickly.
