You can fly to Lhasa from KTD, China Eastern Earlines about 240 USD one way. You need Chinese visa, and it is best to get it before you reach Nepal, altough you can get it in KTD. It takes a week or so though. My info is about 2 years old though. I am not sure how much things have changed in the meantime. You can also go to Lhasa by 4wd, but it must be through an "authorised" trekking agency in KTD, as a package with hotel paid in Lhasa etc. Either way, the exercise will cost you somewhere between 800-1200 USD per person.

As per your wishes to go to the tibet we have different program. We have 7/8 days drive in fly out and 4/5 days fly in fly out programm. For the visa we need your passport one week before it cost $ usd 33.00 it is group visa. Other wise we make emergency visa also but it is expensive.
