Hi
I am considering the trek to EBC and Gokyo lakes: http://www.worldexpeditions.com/uk/index.php?section=trips&id=27
I'm fit and will of been travelling around India and done a week's softer trekking in Nepal beforehand. Which should harden me up a little.
has anyone done this trek in Jan? And what weather can I expect? I'm 38. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
