annapurno trekk

I am planning to trekk the Annapurno circuit for the 1st time in April. I have about 18 days to trekk and would like any advise on what I could include for the 18 day period. Plan to start at Besi Sahar and finish at Pokhara. Would be interested to hear from anyone who has done the trip for advise on how much time I should allow and any side trips that might be included.

Hi Dave,
18 days is not so much time for AC to think about many side treks, bu tstill it is enough time to enjoy the trek. Most important is that you have a good aclimatization before crossing Thorong La. I have written about many "magic places" on the AC in my site www.nepal-dia.de. They are all definitively worth to see them.
