only 10 days...what region?

I only have time for a 10 day trek. What region would you suggest? I am in decent shape but suddenly have a bit of a wonky back. I do want some good hiking though...any advice?

Hi Steve,
in ten days I would suggest either the Langtang or more the Annapurna base Camp trek or the jomsom trek. Abc is one of the greatest mountain scenerys in the world. The jomson trek is probably the most interesting trek from a cultural point of view. If you fly to Jomson you will have enaugh time to enjoy the mountain scenerys and the wonderfull villages like kagbeni and Muktinath.
