Trekking to Lo Mantang!

In December I returned from my third trip to trek in Nepal where I learned that there is now a road into Lo Mantang from China. Trucks now deliver manufactured goods where once only caravans traveled.

Hi, I had done this route, started treking from Pokara.
Mustang is very nice, but your timing is not good. It will be too cold and therefore not so enjoyeble.You should start mid o May at soonest.
There is no cheap way and you can not sneak in. Make sure you agent understands what you want to do, becouse the authority i Lo Matang will not accomodate any of your additional travel wishes.

P.S. You can not cross to Mustang from Tibet! Not a foreigner.
