Hi i search for days on interenet about trekking in Nepal and i have found many travel agency that organize trekking routes but that cost around 400-700$ and when u consider airplane ticket around 800$ it seems too expensive for me .Can i go in trekking only with my friends without travel agency? If i can is it smart or dangerous? what will be aproximate cost of 2 weeks trekk in Nepal? Can someone share his trekking expirience?

Depending on what area you want to trek, then it is neither silly nor dangerous to trek alone in the major trekking regions such as Everest or The Annupurnas. Having just returned from the Everest region, staying in teahouses I think you should work on about $7 US a day for food and accomodation as a guideline. If you decide you would like a guide for a certain part of the trek there is always someone available from one of the teahouses nearby. I trekked with a guide the whole way and found the experience extremely good and nowhere near as expensive as you have mentioned. If you are interested in locating a guide I could give you the email address of the guide I had as I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

You can just get a guide when you get there, and he will also carry your pack. If you go through an agency in Kathmandu, the cost will be about $25 per day. This includes the guide, your food, and the teahouse accomadation.

Curious,
There are advantages and disadvantages for both, wether going with an agency or an independent guide. I could recommend couple of reliable agencies, as well as independent guides I have employed in my trips to Nepal. Please email me if you want.

You can hire a guide & also porters, but you need to clarify which you are hiring - your guides will not carry your pack unless you have agreed this with them in general. And you must make sure that your guides & porters have the necessary warm clothing if they are going with you over high passes. If you need fleeces & down jackets then so do they.
