I am still in planning stages for a combination trekking/trail running trip to nepal in March(?) for 3 weeks. I was planning on solo or maybe with one recommended guide in Everest region (no porter needed, I can carry my own). If the running is anything like what I enjoyed during trips to the Peruvian Andes the last two summers then I will be in heaven. I am hoping winter snows will allow access to the higher passes by then. I will be happy to share my research, plans and any contacts in KTM. Some company could be welcome as well. Also, I am an avid photographer.
