Hey Nick, welcome back. We are counting down the days until our arrival - 14 days to be exact. We could be convinced to stay longer if you are gonna shave a yak!

Looking forward to picking you both up at the Airport Eric...It really is a good time to be here if you are on holiday tourism down by 50 percent not so good for the likes of me... anyway we are happy and spring 2002 is looking a lot better.
I never realised how popular yaks were until I got into this forum,,,I view all tourists travelling to high altitudes with a degree of suspicion nowadays and i am seriously considering setting up a Yak protection society,,,Yakshaving is a serious business and should be left to the professionals as for Christmas at the lodge you are mre than welcome.
Cheers for now and see you soon I will e mail early December in the meantime if you have any questions please get back.
Cheers Nick

I plead guilty to yakshaving in my spare time in the Himalayas. For everyone who wants to get into this willy-nilly for the sake of having a good time, it is really a dangerous activity, despite the fact that it is great fun. Great adrenaline rush. We yakshavers, have a union though, so you might be in trouble if you are being caught red-handed shaving a yak without a proper qualifcation, licence etc.
On training, costs of obtaining a licence, administration etc, please feel free to contact me.
Yours in yakshaving bliss,
Yakshaver
