Dont worry, I cant imagine that there will be any problems. Nepal customs at Kathmandu Airport are pretty funny, They X-Ray your handbagage when you are arriving and have a metaldetector, but no one bothers when it starts beeping. They also somtime check your main bagage, but when I thought I had to put my two bags, they said, no no, one is enaugh.
normaly you just can walk out. Coming from Germany, where treking poles are very popular, wh passed with more than hundert people, all of them with TWO trekking poles, and noone had any problem.
