There is an airstrip at Hongde in the Manang valley but it is not a viable tourist air route Royal nepal Airlines do say they fly but there are more cancelations than flights..you can charter but I guess this is not on your plans also as these planes go up and down the valley there is no way by plane over the hills to jomsom.
