Hi all, a quick email from Kathmandu as we fly out tomorrow after 5 weeks here. Wanted to thank everyone for their help in responding to my questions before our trip - we've had a ball.

3 days KTM, 3 days Pokhara - flew to Jomsom and up to Jharkot (hit an unbelievable snow blizzard there so missed Mukinath) down to Naya Pul via Gorepani. - 5 days Chitwan (after booking for 3) what can I say - we loved it!
- Back to KTM for 3 days then 1 night Nagarkot and 2 nights Bakatapur and finally our last couple of days in KTM.

Only dissapointment was not continuing into ABC but the weather has been unprecedented and I guess you all already know about the amount of snow that has been falling on the circuit and the abnormal amount of days both the Pass and ABC has been closed. (and husband came down with bronchitis)

At least this extra time allowed us to take it slow and really see and absorb more of the other places and Chitwan turned out a highlight instead of the expected tickbox.
Ill post a couple of photos when we get home. Thank you again for all the help.

Great stuff Gayle and Rob!
Once you settle in and have time to process pics, and to reflect on the experience - we want more details.

Cheers

No, we don't, or at least I don't know what the weather conditions have been like in
Nepal this spring. If anyone has a brief description of it I would like to see it.

I am not looking for a url to a weather site.
