Do you mean taking a bus after you have finished trekking down from Jomsom? Although they are building a road up the Kali Gandaki I don't think yet you can get a bus from Jomsom. You can get a bus on the road at Nayapul. Just flag one down as it goes past. Otherwise there will be quite a few taxies waiting to take trekkers back to Pokhara. Takes about 1-2 hours depending on mode of transport.

The road isn't completed yet - so people will have been talking about flying out of Jomsom not taking a bus. I would still trek the last section of the AC, go to Tatopani, Ghorepani & Ghandruk and then to Nayapul and not fly out of Jomsom. In the near future completion of the road will effectively ruin this part of the trek so it is a good opportunity to complete the full circuit while you still have the chance.

I have to agree with Escher, of course. The Kali Gandaki is definitely worth the trek, and I hope that ACAP will make sure there is good trekking there even after the road is built.

If you are doing the circuit then take the high route via Upper Pisang & Ngawal, much better that the walk up the bottom of the valley to Manang. After you cross Thorung La then it is worth spending some time in Muktinath, especially if you are interesting in the religious culture. Spend a day in Marpha, its a charming village. And a rest day in the hot springs at Tatopani. The views from Tadapani are at least as good as Poon Hill - but if you have time then do make sure you visit the Annapurna Sanctuary for the most awesome mountain views.
