Hello,
I am wondering if any of you coming to Kathmandu between March 22 - April 6 would like to bring some clothing to donate to the village of Bung located in the Solu Khumbu.
I am going to hire some porters to bring the clothing to their village. I'll be going along to supervise. It's not that I don't trust these guys it's just when your so poor it isn't unusual to just give this stuff to your family and not spread it around.
My friend Don will be arriving in Kathmandu on March 21 and can be reached at my apartment 4437260. I will arrive on April 2. We're willing to come directly to your hotel to collect the clothing donation. If you don't have any clothing to donate school supplies are always welcome.
