Royal Nepal has only cancelled all the flights from and to Europe, Dubai and Singapur. They are even focussing on India. So dont worry. If you go by land you can go by direkt and tyering bus straight from Kathmandu. You also can go first to the Indian Border by bus, then to Gorakpur. There you can take either a bus or the train. This travel offers you the possibility to combine with a trip to the chitwan national park, Lumbini the birthplace of buddha and even a sidetrip to Agra with the great Taj Mahal as there is a direkt train Gorakpur-Agra. On can book al the indian trains already in Nepal.
