There are plenty of lodges on the Jiri-Namche trek, as well as beyond that, where you can get bottled water which is relatively safe to drink. I would suggest you use idodine pills though. I think Coughlan have the Iodine+Neutralizer (Vitamin C) combination: one pill of iodine + one pill of neutralizer for 1 litre of water. You should be able to buy this from any good outdoor store in your area, unless you live in Romania, and maybe even there these days... This is far more environmentaly friendly than buying lots of water in plastic bottles that need to be disposed off. As of last year, the Everest area did not yet have the useful policy of the Annapurna Conservation Area banning plastic bottles.
