kongma la & cho la trek

aloha fellow trekkers!
excited about my first trek in nepal and knowledge,advice needed-
from namche which way would you approach these high pass?need help building my trek route and want to include both kongma la & cho la-will have 30 to 45 days for trek-mahalo for all advice and voices of expierence

Start from Gokyo, cross Cho La, go to Base Camp, then Lobuje-Khongma La-Dingboche.

But be sure to travel with 2-3 people because there's no help available if you fall or twist an ankle falling through the snow on the moraine.
