I have moved your initial post to Recommendations. I guess there is nothing wrong to say a guide was good, as a "by the way" line. However if most of the message is about the guide (I am sure Jagat is very good one), I think Recommendations is a better section for that.
We had issues in the past with "flooding" of recommendations, genuine or otherwise, in the News and Views, and in the Safety and Travel sections. There is absolutely no issue with genuinness here. Just of the right section on the forum for that kind of stuff, and for me, I believe Recommendations is the one, for the form the message is presently structured...
If the other moderators think I am being too harsh, or right in this, please send me private messages. I am not unwilling to change my opinion, and actions.
