Trekking in December

Hi,
I am planning to trek in Nepal in the coming late Nov and Dec in Langtang and Everest Region.
Not thinking of climbing any summits though but would like to know the treks and weather conditions in these areas during that period.
Would there be snow in the treks at 4500m then?And would that be treks that closed?

I am trekking Guide, I have been leading trekkign groups from many years, in my experiences, it depends on weather condition, normally it is not bad time for trekking, I had many very nice days in the trekking in this time, but it is suggested thsat should have to take enough warm trekking equipments.
