Namaste adam,
to me it does not make to much sense, to start everest trek n september when you have just 10 days at all. You would be rushing a lot, trying to get your fligth to or waiting for your flight back. In september you may still have a lot of clouds and rain, even when there is still a chance for good weather. But this means that flights from an to lukla just are often cancelled!
so it may be a bether idea with so little time to concentrate on the Kathmandu valley with Bakhtapur, Patan and so far.
Even the road to pokhara is often blokked in September, due to commen landslides.
