Budget Tours

We are five women who would like to make the trip from Katmandu on Tuesday, November 20th to Lhasa for four day, returning to Katmandu on Saturday November, 24th. doing the Good Route. Can you give me an idea of cost including air fare, and an itenerary for tours, site, hotels etc.
