Would one expect snow at 2750 m at Ghorapani by December 11 ?

It's possible - in winter I've seen it snow at 2500m+ in Nepal.

Correct, it is possible, but there is a less than even chance. Maybe 10 % chance. Unless the climate is changing... which happens everywhere.
