Hi guys,
I will be travelling across India next July and once I reach New Dehli I want to trek to Tibet. Is it difficult? I would like to spend only a couple of days trekking so I can spend a few days there when I reach it. What do I need to research? If I am alone could I get lost? How cold does it get at night and do I run the risk of frostbite or anything? (bear in mind I will be thoroughly researching the correct equipment to bring and how to use it - treks here in Ireland don't require much!) I'm totally new to this and just want some adventure and to visit somewhere as spiritually rewarding as Tibet seems to be from all I have read about it, so any advice no matter how simple would be much appreciated.. thanks!
