Dear Travellers,
Everest base camp trek begins with a dramatic mountain flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the starting point of the trek. Within two days you reach Namche Bazaar, the capital of Khumbu region and acclimatization point for two nights. En route to Everest, you can visit one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries at Pangboche, and Thyangboche with an impressive backdrop of Everest and Ama Dablam. From here you walk along trails lined with main walls and up through rhododendron forests before eventually emerging above the tree line into yak pasture en route to Everest Base camp. We include a side trip to Kalapatthar (5545m), which offers unrivalled views of Mt Everest.
Itinerary in Details
Day 01 : Arrival Katmandu airport, we transfer to hotel-Leisure time
Day 02 : Morning flight to Lukla (nearest airport of Everest) and than trek to Phakding (2600m
Day 03 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3450m)-
Day 04 : Acclimatization day at Namche –Can explore Sherpa village
Day 05 :Trek to Tyangboche (3880m)
Day 06 : Trek to Dengboche (4410m)
Day 07 :Acclimatization day- Can explorer to Chhukung valley
Day 08 :Trek to Lobuche (4930m)
Day 09 : Trek to Kalapatthar (5545m), return to overnight at Gorak Shep (5130m) where put our baggage before climb to Kalapatthar.
Day 10 : Excursion Everest Base camp than trek back to Lobuche
Day 11 : Trek back to Tyangboche
Day 12 : Trek to Manjo
Day 13 : Trek to Lukla
Day 14 : Morning flight to Kathmandu- Leisure time. This evening we offer farewell diner with presentation of Nepali cultural show.
Day 15 : Breakfast and transfer to international airport........
