Hi all,
In the last few days, I worked on an expected itinerary for my Everest 3 Passes trek & Island peak climb, and would like to get some C&C.
Please bare in mind that I will do this trek in good shape, and after 21 days in the Annapurna region (Annapurna circuit combined with the Annapurna sanctuary), and pretty well acclimatized.

Day 04: Thame - Marulung (4200 m)
Day 05: Marulung - Rermo Pokhari (4875 m)
Day 06: Rermo Pokhari - Renjo Pass (5345 m) – Gokyo (4790)
Day 07: Gokyo Ri (5480 m) ascent and around lakes - Dragnag (5050 m)
Day 08: Dragnag - Cho La Pass (5420 m) - Dzongla (4840 m)
Day 09: Dzongla - Lobuche (4920 m) - Gorak Shep (5100 m) – Kala Patthar (climb at evening to see the Everest in red)
Day 10: Gorak Shep – Everest Base Camp (5360 m). stay the night
Day 11: Everest Base Camp - Lobuche.
Day 12: Lobuche - Kongma La (5535 m) – Chhukung (4730)
Day 13: Chhukung – Chhukung Ri (5546) - Pareshaya Gyab (4970)

Day 14-19: Pareshaya Gyab – Imsa Tse (Island Peak) (6189) - Dingboche

Day 20: Dingboche - Tengboche (3870 m)
Day 21: Tengboche-Namche Bazaar (3440m) in 5h
Day 22: Namche Bazaar - Lukla (2800 m)

Thanks in advance,
Lior

Doable for a pre-acclimatized person.

1) Lukla-Namche can be done in one day even fresh from the aircraft. We did that last year; started from Lukla around 10:30, had lunch somewhere along the way and arrived Namche at 17:00. (it took us 4 days KTM-Lukla-EBC without any AMS symptoms after 40 days of trekking in Manaslu-NarPhu-Annapurna area)

20) I have walked from Dingpoche to Namche in 4 hours flat. Not hard to hike in one day unless you want to stop at Tengpoche for some reason.

I do not mean you need to rush, but if you need those days for something more important.

You will need a permit, etc., for the Island Peak climb. Wish I was doing the rest of the trek though. (at about half your pace)
