Hi I have to be in nepal to do some work, and as the others have no time to go on a trek I have to do it on my own. But then I can only do it after March 5. I would like to do the EBC in 11 days or so. I am 47, fit but not so young!

When would you be heading out here? I want to go as soon after the 19th Feb as possible. look forward to hearing from you (computers really not my forte!)
