Budget en-route to EBC..??

Hi All,

It's been a few years since my last trip and I'm looking for some advise on a daily budget on the route from Namche to EBC, Cho La and Gokyo.

We are actually flying into Phaplu and walking in from there but I know prices increase considerably from Namche upwards.

How much is a bed for the night nowadays and a typical Dhal Bhat, mars bars, hot teas and other food stuffs... recommended daily budget...??
