Namaste. Just when I thought I have my next trek planned, to Kanchenjunga, I am getting advice to consider Manaslu/Tsum. Upoin checking into it Manaslu would be easier to access and a bit less expensive. Im going for the culture of course but the views are also big for me. So while its still up in the air maybe you can give me some advice if youve done both or either one. Some questions I have are do you have to do Tsum as an out and back or once you reach the end of Tsum have any of you met up with the Manaslu Circuit at another point? I have seen some incredible pictures from the Manaslu Tsum http://www.flickr.com/photos/rlcarney/2118575234/in/faves-8482199@N07/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/janzalud/4175690849/in/faves-8482199@N07/ but are there many days of these? I am considering these as well http://picasaweb.google.com/theopensky/Kangchenjunga#5364967771506644466. Im finding it really hard to chose a trek this time. Obviously theyre all great in many ways. I have thirty days to trek, 35 total. last time I did Poon Hill and part of EBC.These are more remote and It will just be me with a porter. While im not looking for a crowded teahouse I did enjoy meeting many people from all over. I am wondering if I will be isolating myself from much interaction with others. In many ways thats good but I wouldnt want to be a party of one the whole trek. If youve trekked independently alone how did it go? Thx. Avsfan
