Don't know about reflexology in particular... I remember being touted in Thamel along the lines:
- Tiger balm, sir?
- No, thanks.
- Khukri knife, sir?
- No, thanks.
- Hash, sir?
- No.
- Massage, sir?
- No.
- Girls, sir?
- No, can't afford it.

Now food: a little gem is Thuckuche Thakali Kitchen in Durbar Marg on the right hand side before Hotel de L'Anapurna. It has a little entrance in a gang-way and then upstairs. Lovely Thakali food for the connoiseurs. Just order the vegetarian or the meet buffet (thali). It's tops.
Good run of the mill fare you find at Fire and Ice, and the salad at KC's is fantastic after the trek when you really crave fresh vegetables.

So Thamel is closer to Soho, London than i thought! Cheers 'Grand Pooba' a Thali feast it will be, and a little caution when i'm trying to find a Reflexologist, certainly in Thamel anyway, food, bevvy and much merry.

Ladies and gentlemen,

I recommend to try tibetan food @ Little Swayambunath where pilgrims come and rest. It normal local price. But... they do not speak a single English word. I was amazed by the place and cuisine. WOrth to try real food.
