Courses in Nepal [Archive]

It will be my first trip to Nepal in March and I’m just wondering if there are any mountaineering/climbing courses held in Nepal. I’m really looking to gain some skills while also enjoying my time in Nepal. I've done a bit of training in the UK but it was a few years ago and I just want to gain some more experience. Any information would be great where/when/time/cost etc. alot

I am not sure abut it but just heard that there are mountainiring courses near Hongde. Can anyone confirm it?

There indeed is mountaineering courses in Nepal. have a look at www.destinationmanang.com and contact NMIA for further info. I know that equator expeditions have weeklong courses as well.
