My girlfriend and I are planning to trek independently to EBC in late Feb and would like to hear from anyone who has recently returned.
A week ago we felt positive that things were settling down in Nepal and slowly returning to normal. However we have read some news in the last few days saying that long distance buses aren't running. We are worried that we won't be able to get from Kathmadu to Jiri, and back to Kathmadu after the trek.
Can anyone in Nepal tell us if these buses are running, and if they are safe.
