National Parks entry permit counter has moved

Perhaps this has already been circulated but the National Parks office seems to have moved again. Unfortunately Pradarsasanthi Marg is on the east side of the Tundikhel, down past the city bus station and city hall. Much less convenient for Thamel-dwellers.

(Yes, we are still planning on Salpa-Arun... so ACAP doesn't matter this time, but for others....)

Not sure. I think it has all been moved downtown (away from Thamel)
