Hi,
I am doing the EBC trek in Oct 05 and as an avid fan of all things to do with maps and GPS I scoured the internet for GPS waypoints for the Everest region. I found next to none.
For the last month I have been developing what I believe is the definitive GPS resource for the Everest region. It provides paths that can be built into routes for the whole region and waypoints of villages etc.See what you think at:-
