I wrote a complaint letter to Hotel Panda in KTM and get this response...

Hi there,
I stayed at your hotel two months ago. Maybe you
remember me, a Taiwanese woman. Here is something
about your employee Raj, the airpost representative,
that I think you should know.
During my stay, one of my Nepali friends came to your
hotel to meet me. Before he met me, Raj threatened him
not to see me anymore, otherwise Raj will kill him. My
friend got scared and told me that he had to go back
home to take care of things, and left in a hurry; then
Raj talked to me and tried to convince me to go
sightseeing with him. That's why Raj scared my friend
away: because he wanted to take me to sightseeing.
Unfortunately I'm not that stupid. I know what's going
on so I didn't go with Raj. I believe that this is not
the first time he did this, and you probably know
about this or maybe even approve to this. But I'm here
to tell you that you lose business by doing this. I
stay in Kathmandu for 2 more weeks but I will never
consider staying in your hotel again. I was treated as
a prisoner in your hotel, instead of a guest.
I went to your hotel to speak to you the other day;
but you were not there, so I told Ganesh, your another
employee, who promised to tell you but it's hard to
trust your staff.
I will file a complaint to the tourism office in
Nepal, and I will post this letter in the discussion
board of tourists to Nepal. If you find that your
business is going down, I want you to know why. As to
Raj, I wish I could say this to his face: "You are the
worst Nepali I've ever met. I can't believe that you
call yourself a Hindu; your God should be ashamed of
you, and you should be ashamed of yourself."

thankyou very much for your kind complain...I don't even know or remember your face but as you said our god should be ashamed of me...its rubish...how a guide can controll you..you must be very clever.Yes ofcource I am the boss of hotel panda but for yourkind information panda will be ever ok even if you complain,...I will be so glad if you do so...I heartly request you to do so...and write that panda is not good hotel...I will be highly obliged for that.
If you have stayed my hotel then may be you be know me..I am a guy with long hair a japanese speaker..and everytime hanging out with pretty Japanese girls...
May be be my eye didn't cought you because of your age...I think you better stop doing good than nothing...I welcome you to go to tourism board and complain..and also tourist police...
Raj did that thing and you are saying me ...to be honest we don't need any other than israeli people..coz girls they are really very beautiful and boys with big dig.
I am writing you in this way so that now you will go to tourist police...
