Short trek on 4 or 5 December?

Hi there,
I'm arriving in Kathmandu on Thursday. I want to do a 6 or 7 day trek maybe Poon hill in Pokhara or a short trek out of Lukla. I would be leaving Kathmandu on 4 or 5 December?

I want to do a tea house trek. Is anyone (individual or group) interested in doing the same thing at the same time? want to share guides?

I am easy going but totally new to trekking in Nepal.
