Annapurna Circuit ~Nov 20th

Hey,
I'm flying into Kathmandu on the 18th Nov and hoping to start the Annapurna Circuit soon after. Was just wondering if there's anyone going around that time? If not, can anyone reccommend a place to meet other trekkers (ie a hostel in Kathmandu or Pokhara)
