Looking for trekking companions to do the Jomsom trek from around the 9th of November? We are two australian girls 21 and 22.

I just joined the forum searching for Jomsom trekking partners right around then! I would love to join you! I am a 23-yr old American male, traveling alone for the Nepal portion of my trip. I have done a lot of backpacking/mountaineering in North America, but have never been to Nepal, or Asia for that matter.
I was planning on doing the trek one-way (Naya Pul to Jomsom, then fly back to Pokhara from Jomsom) as I can only devote a little more than a week to trekking. My understanding is that's a fairly common way to do it--was that your plan?
Also, how flexible are you for start time? I've only begun to look into it, but I had been thinking of trying to be in the Kathmandu Valley for the Haribodhini Ekadashi festival Nov. 9th. However, I don't think I could start later than the 10th (maybe head to Pokhara later on the 9th? -- I am still researching...). I'm open to whatever though, and the trek is more important to me.
Feel free to email me (see my profile); keep in mind I will have limited internet access after the 3rd. I fly into KTM on the 6th, and out on the 20th.

Hi guys!
How set is your date? I'm also planning the Jomsom, but might not be in Pokara till the 9th or 10th. I'm 28yr old male, Swiss/Australian travelling alone. Write back if your still looking for companions

Anogenic: I have not heard back from these girls yet (I think they might be on another trek right now), regardless of whether we hear from them, I would be up for doing the trek with you. My one condition is that I get back to KTM the night of the 19th, since I fly out morning of the 20th. I am in Kathmandu now, and will check this message board again tomorrow.

Hi Luke!
I arrived in Pokhara last night. I've been advised to do the 7 day Annapurna base camp trek. I would like to leave Monday 10th (I could wait till the 11th), which should get you back to Kathmandu in time. You can email me directly through my profile...

By my information (Trekking guide book), the Annapurna Base Camp Trek is 10-14 days ("best enjoyed in 14"), which I can't afford. Perhaps this is wrong, but in any case, I would still sort of prefer to do the Jomsom trek. One thing that attracted me to the Jomsom trek originally, was that I would see new sights each day, because I would do it one-way with no back-tracking (flying back from Jomsom). My understanding is that ABC trek would involve back-tracking, and as a result would take at least 10 days. I may be convinced to do something else (beside Jomsom), especially if I don't find partners. In any case, I plan to arrive in Pokhara on Nov 10th, hopefully in the morning (via night bus).
Anogenic: Perhaps you can propose a meeting place, since you are already in Pokhara (...?)
