Present Situation

Hi,
I am looking for some one who has either just returned from a Trek or who is sitting in either Kathmando or Pokhra for some info on just how good or bad the situation is there.
Please dont reply if you are a guide or travel company as I just want an unbiased reply.
I am about (1 week) to travel out there for about 3 weeks.

I am not in KTD (sitting comfortably in Sydney at my office...). But I do keep in touch with locals there every week. I may put you in touch with a couple of people if you want. From what I understand the situation is no different now that it was when I was there in April, or for the last 7 years for that matter.
