Hi there,
I'll be arriving in Kathmandu first week of November and will stay for a month.
I am quite excited about this trip as it will be my first visit to Nepal.
My plan is to organize (find a porter/guide etc) a trek around the Manaslu.
I don't intend to join a western tour, but from my readings at this and other forums it sounds like that it is fairly doable to organize everything on the ground in Kathmandu. If you feel like joining me (and sharing costs) than feel free to contact me and let's meet up in Kathmandu :-)
If anybody reading this has done the trek already and have tips / guidance and or guide/porter recommendations than please let me know :-) Thanks in advance!
