Can anyone advise me as to which is better for acclimatization - fly in or drive in - when going to Tibet from Kathmandu? Thank you.

I advice you to do trekking in Nepal first for acclimatization than after to do Tibet tour if you have enough time. If you do not have enough time for acclimatization, please start your Tibet tour by drive in.
