Hello
has anyone been to Daulaghiri trek?
What is the difficulty?Im interested in:
- crevasses in glacier and need of using crampons ice axe and rope
steepness of slopes
risk of avalanches or falling seracs
exposed traverses
temperatures
We are a group of experienced hikers (we hiked a lot with heavy backpacks in remote mountains of Central Asia), but we are not climbers.
Can anybody recommend whether this trek would be very difficult and challenging for us or maybe we dont have to worry too much?
As regards orienteering and finding the way we will go with a guide so loosing a route I think is not a big risk.
We will be grateful for advice
